What the GestioDesk website records when you visit it, why, and for how long.
For each page you open on this website and on the login page of the application: the date and time, the page, your IP address, the approximate place it points to (country, region, city), the site that sent you, and the type of browser and device. Your browser sends this with every page anyway.
No tracking cookies, no advertising or analytics scripts, no profile of you. We do not sell or share this information. The website only keeps your language and theme choice, in your own browser.
To know which pages are read and from which countries, and to protect the website against abuse and attacks.
The full IP address is kept for 90 days. After that it is shortened: its last part is erased (for example 197.15.42.x). The visit records are deleted after 13 months.
The place is calculated on our own server, with an offline database. Your IP address is not sent to any other service. Database: IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0).

This notice covers the public website and the login page. The data a company enters inside the application belongs to that company.
