Getting started
How long does it take to start?
There is nothing to install: your account opens in the browser, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Being genuinely useful takes an afternoon — the time to bring in your products, your customers and your first orders.
Do I need internet?
Yes. GestioDesk runs online, in your browser — from the shop, from home or from your phone. A normal connection is enough.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The first 3 months are free, with your own data. You can also ask for a demo: we open the solution you are interested in with example data, so you can click around first.
Can I bring in what I already have?
Orders, products and customers can be imported from a file (Excel or CSV). The import shows what it is about to create before it writes anything.
Which delivery companies work with GestioDesk?
First Delivery, Navex, Colissimo Tunisie and Aramex are connected by API: parcels leave in one click and their statuses come back on their own. All the other Tunisian delivery companies work by file, ready in their format. The full list and how to connect yours: Delivery companies.
Data and security
Where is my data?
On a secured server in a European data centre, reached only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Each business has its own separate database, and a backup is made every night.
What if my computer breaks?
Nothing is lost: your data is on the server, not on your computer. Sign in from any other device and carry on.
Is it safe if several people use it?
Passwords are stored only as a salted hash, never in clear text. Every action checks the rights on the server side, and every change is written into the journal with the account that made it.
Can an employee take the data with them?
Exports are an action like any other: it can be granted or refused per account, and each export is recorded in the journal.
Accounts and rights
How many people can work in it?
As many as your plan allows. Each one has their own account, their own password and their own rights.
Can I hide the revenue from some accounts?
Yes. Money figures, costs and reports are separate rights — a worker can handle parcels without ever seeing the margins.
What happens when someone leaves?
Deactivate the account: the person is signed out immediately and what they did stays in the journal.
Solutions and billing
Do the solutions share the same accounts?
Each solution has its own sign-in and its own accounts, so what a customer bought is what they can open. The platform, the design and the rules are the same.
Can I start with one and add another later?
Yes, that is the normal path. Adding a solution does not touch the data already in place.
What are the prices?
Commerce has three plans: Starter 39 TND, Business 69 TND and Pro 129 TND per month, and the first 3 months are free. The pricing page shows what is in each one; prices for Restaurant and Projects & Field are being set.
