Where it comes from
It started as one tool for one online shop in Tunisia: too many orders, three phones, a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Each part was written next to the people doing the work — confirmations, carrier hand-off, cash from the courier, then the team and its rights. What worked for that shop turned out to work for a workshop, a clinic and an agency, with different words.
What we refuse to do
Your data is never sold or shared. No feature is announced before it runs. No screen is added just to look full, and nothing important hides behind an extra option. When something is not ready, the page says “coming soon” instead of pretending.

Passwords
Stored only as a salted hash. Nobody, including us, can read them back. Repeated wrong attempts slow the account down.
Every action is checked
Rights are verified on the server for every request, not only hidden in the screen. A hidden button is not a protection.
Queries with parameters
No SQL is ever built by pasting text together, so a quote in a customer name cannot become a command.
A journal that remembers
Every change is written with the account, the time and what changed — and can be read back later.
