Your delivery company, connected.

GestioDesk works with the delivery companies of Tunisia. Four are connected by API: parcels leave in one click and their statuses come back on their own. All the others work by file, ready in their format.

Connected by API

Choose the company in Integrations, enter the access it gives you, test the connection.

  • Parcels created in one click, the barcode written back on each order
  • Official delivery notes, all in one PDF
  • Pickup request from GestioDesk
  • Statuses read back on their own, with alerts when a parcel is stuck
  • Their list of governorates and towns, used by the address check

What you need: the API token from your First Delivery space.

Aramex Tunisie

  • Tracking read back on their own

What you need: an Aramex account: user, password, account number, PIN and entity, given by Aramex Tunisie.

API on request

These companies announce an API but do not publish its documentation. Ask them for it and send it to us: we connect it. Until then, your parcels leave by file.

Many of them are part of the Linx network by LoxBox: one Linx API would connect them all at once.

By file

No API known: GestioDesk prepares the file in the company’s format (All orders → Export) and reads its lists back to update the statuses.

Connect your company in four steps

  1. Open Integrations, then Add a delivery company.
  2. Choose it in the list. The list says right away whether it is connected by API or works by file.
  3. Enter the access the company gave you: only the fields this company needs appear.
  4. Test the connection, then send one parcel and check it in the company’s space. After that, statuses come back on their own.

Your passwords and tokens stay in your own database and never reappear on screen.

Tell us its name. If it has an API, send us its documentation: we connect the companies our users ask for first.
