Green list and blacklist

Good customers go to the green list, customers who often refuse their parcels go to the blacklist. Rules do it, and you can decide by hand.

How to do it

  1. For a customer, open their card (« Clients » or an order card).
  2. Click « ⛔ Liste noire » to add them, or « Retirer de la liste noire ».
  3. With the rating button, choose green, neutral or black, or « ↺ Revenir au classement automatique ».
  4. To set the rules: « Paramètres » → « Règles automatiques ».
  5. For each rule (V1 green, N1 and N2 black): on or off, priority, number of orders, and for black rules « propose » or « apply by itself ».

Good to know

  • A decision made by hand always wins over the rules.
  • A parcel lost by the carrier does not count against the customer.
  • You need the « blacklist » right.
