Ask a superior for a meeting

In « Mon espace », you ask a superior for a meeting. They set the date and place, or refuse.

How to do it

  1. Open « Mon espace » → « Réunions » tab.
  2. Choose the person, write the subject, your availability and a message.
  3. Click « Envoyer la demande ».
  4. When they have answered, you see the date, time and place, or the refusal.
  5. If you are a manager yourself, « Réunions qu'on me demande » lists the requests you received: click « Fixer la date » or « Refuser ».

Good to know

  • You can only ask for a meeting with a person placed higher than you in the hierarchy.
