Send a restock message

Messages to suppliers are prepared as drafts. You read them, then send them by WhatsApp or e-mail.

How to do it

  1. Open « Gestion des fournisseurs » → « À envoyer » tab.
  2. Read the draft and correct the text if needed (« Enregistrer le texte »).
  3. Click « Envoyer ». By e-mail, it leaves right away.
  4. By WhatsApp, the tool opens WhatsApp with the message already written: press Send in WhatsApp.
  5. For a manual order, click « ＋ Nouveau message de commande » or « Commander » on a supplier's card.

Good to know

  • One single message per supplier, with all their products below the threshold.
  • In « Occasions & tâches », the 📦 button of a task prepares a message from its note: read the note, it is sent as it is.
  • Message templates (French, Arabic, English) are set in « Messages & réglages ».
