Calculate costs and margin
« Calcul des coûts » shows what each product really costs you, advertising included, and what it earns you.
ReadHow to do it
- Open « Produits & stock ».
- To add a product, click « ＋ Nouveau produit »; to change one, click « Modifier ».
- Fill in the selling price, the crossed-out price, the purchase price and the variants (colours, sizes…).
- When a supplier delivery arrives, click « ＋ Stock » and add the quantity.
- For a photo: « Modifier » → Photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP) or « Reprendre celle du site ».
- For all photos at once: paste the address of your website's shop page and click « Photos depuis la boutique ».
Good to know
- Products with no photo found are listed with the reason: add their photo by hand.
- Stock shown = starting stock − sales and reservations (cancelled orders and confirmed returns do not count).
- Changing products needs the « edit products » right.
