Money collected and to collect

This screen shows cash-on-delivery money. The amounts are estimates: the carrier does not give its payouts through the API.

How to do it

Open « Encaissements ».
Enter the « Total à encaisser » shown in your delivery company's space, then click « Enregistrer ».
Compare it with the amount calculated by the tool and look at the difference.
If there is a difference, the tool suggests old delivered parcels that probably explain it.
Tick the parcels that are really paid, then click « ✔ Marquer encaissé ».

Good to know

Your delivery company's figure is the reference. Update it often: the screen warns you after 3 days.
If amounts, costs or statuses are wrong or missing, the estimated figures can be wrong.
Nothing changes until you confirm.
