Track parcels at the carrier

« Suivi des colis » shows the carrier pipeline, from entry to payment, and the delivered parcels not yet paid.

How to do it

Open « Suivi des colis »: each column is a step (waiting, pickup, in delivery, at depot, delivered…).
Click an order to open its card.
If your delivery company is connected, « ↻ Relire les statuts maintenant » asks for the statuses right away.
At the bottom, the card of delivered parcels waiting for payment shows what the carrier owes you.
When the money is received, click « ✔ Payé »: the order goes to « Livré & payé ».

Good to know

A status never goes back by itself.
In an order card, « ↻ Relire ce colis maintenant » reads one parcel again.

Send parcels, print labels, request pickup

Sending a parcel is not the same as requesting its pickup. The order is always: send, print the labels, then request the pickup.

Money collected and to collect

This screen shows cash-on-delivery money. The amounts are estimates: the carrier does not give its payouts through the API.

A claim follows a problem with an order (damaged product, lost parcel, delay…) until it is solved.
