Shop settings
« Paramètres » sets your shop, confirmations, customer rules, carrier cities and backups.
ReadHow to do it
- Open « Intégrations », card « Sociétés de livraison », then « ＋ Ajouter une société de livraison ».
- Choose the company in the list. It is sorted in three groups: API connected, API on request, no API.
- Enter the access the company gave you: only the fields it needs appear (for example API user and password for Colissimo, account and PIN for Aramex).
- Save, then click « Tester la connexion ».
- Send a first parcel and check it in the company's space. After that, statuses are read back on their own.
Good to know
- A company with « API on request » is saved without access: its parcels leave by file (Toutes les commandes → Exporter) until it gives its API documentation.
- Navex: to have statuses read back on their own, ask Navex for the « parcel status » token.
- With several companies connected, each one reads back its own parcels.
- Passwords and tokens are never shown again: leave a secret field empty to keep the old one.
