Find and open an order
« Toutes les commandes » shows the orders from all channels. You search, filter, then open the order card.
ReadHow to do it
- Open « Vérification des adresses ». The « À faire » tab shows what needs action.
- On a card, click « Ouvrir WhatsApp »: the prepared message is sent and the time limits start.
- When the customer answers, paste the answer and click « Analyser »: the check runs again.
- If the city is not found, « Chercher la ville avec l'IA » suggests a city; nothing changes before « Prendre cette ville ».
- In the « Adresses valides » tab, move the ready orders to « Nouvelle commande ».
Good to know
- Green = sure; yellow = to check; red = ask the customer.
- With no answer after the time limit, the order comes back in « À faire » with a button to cancel it: nothing is cancelled by itself.

Each customer has a conversation linked to their card and orders. The screen only appears if receiving is turned on.
ReadUnderstand alerts and checks
« Alertes & contrôles » flags parcels that are late, stuck or doubtful. Each parcel has only one delay alert: the most important one.
ReadIgnore or delete an alert
You can hide an alert for a few days, or as long as the parcel stays in the same status. Nothing is removed from the orders.
