Logging in to GestioDesk
To log in, you need three things: your company code, your user name and your password.
ReadHow to do it
- Open « Paramètres » → « Ma boutique » and enter your shop name and website address.
- Open « Produits & stock » and check the selling price and the purchase price of each product.
- Still in « Produits & stock », correct the starting stock of each product.
- Open « Calcul des coûts » and add your real expenses (advertising, packaging, transport…).
- Open « Intégrations » to connect your delivery company and the other services you need.
Good to know
- The margins shown everywhere depend on purchase prices: fill them in first.
- The top bar searches for an order, a customer or a product (shortcut Ctrl K).

Dashboard and statistics
The dashboard shows today's activity at a glance. Statistics give details by product, colour, region and channel.

The tool makes a report by itself every morning, every Monday and on the 1st of each month. You can read it, download it as PDF or receive it by e-mail.

The « ? Aide » button opens the help for the screen you are on. You can also search for a topic and change the language.
ReadGestioDesk notices (maintenance, outage)
When GestioDesk plans maintenance or reports a problem, a window opens for each user.

First look for the answer in the help center; otherwise create a ticket, or call support if your plan includes it.
