Logging in to GestioDesk
To log in, you need three things: your company code, your user name and your password.
ReadHow to do it
- Open « Rapports »: the list shows the latest daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Click a report to read it on the screen.
- Click « PDF » to download your version of the report.
- To make it again right now, click « Refaire maintenant ».
- At the top of the screen, choose for each type of report if it is sent by e-mail automatically, and to which addresses.
Good to know
- Each person sees the report according to their rights: without the « encaissements » right, no money to collect.
- Sending by e-mail needs the sending e-mail to be set up in « Intégrations ».
- The amounts to collect in the report are estimates, like in « Encaissements ».
